Independence Bakery really enjoyed working with the non-profit organizations to help make this a success for them. We want to thank them for helping us to make this festival fun for everyone. It was also exciting to see so many people roaming the streets in town. Many people said they would be back.

Had a great time at the Sicilian Fest.. Hope to see the Fest next year in indy. But with some more sunny weather..

I am so excited to be part of this festival board. We have created a festival that our children and their children can be proud of. The weather may not have been what we wanted but the compliments we were given only makes us want to work harder next year.

Would like to thank everyone who patronized The Bar B Que Station. What a great success even with inclement weather. My daughter wears her crown and banner with great pride!!! My children will forever remember the memories made at this festival. Thanks again to all who made this possible!!

My cousin and her family came to town from Baton Rouge. She was born and raised in Independence. She said that this reminded her of the festival when she was young. She is so glad her children had the opportunity to experience it today.
